Refund Policy For All The Fordax Business School Executive Programs
1. Cancellation Period
- Students may cancel their enrollment within five (5) calendar days after signing the initial enrollment agreement.
- A full refund of all monies paid will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
2. Withdrawal Requests
- Students who wish to withdraw from their program must notify Fordax.
- To ensure timely processing, we recommend submitting withdrawal requests in writing to billing@fordaxbschool.com or via the internal communication channel in the course dashboard.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal or dismissal request and should be paid into the same account where the payment was made from.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be granted if the withdrawal occurs within the specified cancellation period.
- No partial refunds will be granted after the seven-day cancellation window.
4. Program Non-Delivery
- If Fordax is unable to deliver the program as promised, students will have the option to either:
a) Shift to an alternative program or date offered by Fordax, or
b) Receive a full refund of tuition fees.
5. Program or Admission Deferral
- Students may defer their programs under the following conditions:
- For programs lasting 12-18 months, deferrals must be requested no later than 21 days after starting.
- For programs lasting under 8 weeks, deferrals must be requested no later than 15 days after starting.
- When a deferral is approved, the program will be carried into the next cohort by the school.
- Students may also defer based on verifiable health grounds. Supporting documentation may be required.
