From there, the training moves into how to truly understand your customers — through building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), developing Buyer Personas (BP), and mapping out the modern buyer’s journey. This understanding forms the bedrock of every great marketing strategy.
In subsequent sessions, we dive into funnel building, lead generation, and closing deals. You’ll learn how to design a sales process that aligns with how today’s buyers actually behave, and discover twelve powerful techniques for attracting quality leads — both online and offline. The course also covers inbound and outbound strategies, including content marketing, SEO basics, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing.
One of the program’s most valuable areas is copywriting and persuasion. Participants will learn how to write messages that connect and convert, use storytelling to build trust, and develop content strategies that keep your audience engaged. You’ll also explore how to create marketing materials for different stages of your funnel, and how to use AI tools to speed up content creation without losing your voice.
To ensure participants understand how to market effectively in today’s digital landscape, the training includes an in-depth practical session on Meta Advertising — covering everything from how Facebook and Instagram ads work to setting up campaigns, choosing audiences, managing budgets, and tracking performance. You’ll also be guided through ad optimization techniques to improve your results and reduce wasted spend.
Finally, the program concludes with an overview of other advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram marketing, SEO, and influencer marketing.
